1) Due to the popularity of the Secret Base “O” figures we will have a raffle, whoever gets the winning number will be able to select a BLACK or the GID figure but not both.

2) One name/email only per entry. If we see more than one submission from the same name/email address or same name from multiple email accounts we will withdraw the person’s name.

3) Winning numbers will be picked at random on Halloween morning.

4) Date: October 26th midnight to October 30th midnight. Winners will receive an email on November 1st.
